Why Start an ACS ChemClub?

ChemClub gives high school students a unique opportunity to experience chemistry beyond the classroom. Students engage in activities that enhance their understanding of the science, get them involved in the community, and help them better appreciate how chemistry plays a role in our everyday lives.

If you are interested in becoming a chartered ChemClub, the application for the 2022-2023 school year is closed. The application for the 2023-2024 school year opens May 1st, 2023!

About

The ChemClub program supports middle and high school science teachers who sponsor extracurricular chemistry clubs in their schools. This program provides students of these clubs with a unique opportunity to experience chemistry beyond the classroom.
