Group Life & Group Health Insurance
Group Term Life Insurance
Rates are annual renewable and provide up to $2 million in coverage for qualified individuals.
Group Level Term Life Insurance
Rates are guaranteed for an initial 10-year or 20-year term and provides up to $2 million in coverage for qualified members and their spouses.
Group Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Provides up to $500,000 in case of an accidental death or injury.
Group Disability Income
Replaces up to 60% of your monthly salary, up to $10,000 a month, if you suffer a serious illness or become disabled.
Group Hospital Indemnity
Pays up to $300 a day when you are hospitalized.
