Get Involved in National Chemistry Week 2019

By AACT on August 7, 2019

National Chemistry Week (NCW) is a community based program of the American Chemical Society (ACS) that unites ACS local sections, educators, students, technical divisions, businesses, schools, and individuals in celebrating the importance of chemistry to the public.

Celebrate this year's NCW theme "Marvelous Metals" by connecting with an NCW Coordinator to see how you can help in your local community.

Here's how to join the fun:

Plan: Discover resources to organize a NCW hands-on science or community event in your area, and free educational resources for K-12 teachers.

Participate: Encourage students to participate in the Illustrated Poem Contest.

Get Involved: Find a NCW coordinator in your area to help plan and execute exciting events.
