New Resources from the AACT Chemistry & Sustainability Content Writing Team Edited Today
This past summer, AACT hosted a Chemistry & Sustainability Content Writing Team to develop chemistry teaching resources that draw connections to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The three teachers on the writing team created lessons that incorporated Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being; Goal 6: Clean Water and Sanitation; Goal 7: Affordable and Clean Energy; Goal 13: Climate Action; and Goal 14: Life Below Water. Each of the lessons developed for this content writing team has multiple parts spread over several days and would make good end-of-year projects, though for some of the lessons, the various sections could be used individually.
